Welcome to SG Cleaners LLC. By booking our services, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure we can provide the best possible "Savage" level of clean while maintaining a safe and professional environment for our team and your family.
1. Scheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life happens! While we do not currently charge a cancellation fee, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 to 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows our family-owned business to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to another client.
2. Right to Decline Service (Safety & Health)
The safety of our "Savage Squad" is our top priority. SG Cleaners LLC reserves the right to decline or walk away from a job site if:
- The environment is deemed hazardous or unsafe (e.g., extreme mold, biohazards, or structural instability).
- The working conditions are verbally or physically hostile.
- If we arrive and find conditions that were not accurately described during the quoting process, we reserve the right to adjust the price or decline the service.
3. Pet Policy
We love animals, but for the safety of our cleaners and the comfort of your pets, we request that animals that are not friendly or are easily stressed be placed in a separate area or crated during the duration of the service. SG Cleaners LLC is not responsible for pets that escape the premises if they are not secured.
4. Supervision of Minors
SG Cleaners LLC is on-site strictly to provide professional cleaning services. We are not responsible for the supervision or safety of children during our service. We ask that parents or guardians ensure children stay clear of cleaning equipment and chemical supplies for their own safety.
5. Damage & Liability
We treat your home with the same care we treat our own. However, if an accident occurs, we will notify you immediately.
- We are fully insured in the State of Ohio.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation of items (e.g., loose shelving, unstable heavy furniture) or pre-existing wear and tear.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via Housecall Pro, Square, Venmo, or Cash App.
- Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount may be applied per service address.
- Standard Room Pricing: Our flat-rate "Add-on" pricing for walls and carpets is based on standard-sized rooms (up to 250 sq. ft.). For oversized rooms, open-concept areas, or spaces requiring a "Savage Scrub" due to heavy buildup, an additional fee may be applied. We will always notify you of any price adjustments before the work begins.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Stark County, Ohio.
8. Wall & Ceiling Cleaning Policy
Wall Cleaning & Height Limits: Our wall cleaning add-on includes a thorough scrub of standard-height walls (up to 8 feet) reachable with a standard step stool. For the safety of our Squad, we do not clean walls or ceilings higher than 8 feet unless a specialized extension pole can reach the area safely from the ground. Please note that SG Cleaners LLC is not responsible for paint chipping, flashing, or damage to delicate finishes (like flat paint or wallpaper) that may occur during the cleaning process.
